We wanted our hot water heater replaced and the communication was easy . First an email then some phone calls and texts . Advice taken from Steve who’s someone with experience before I made a mistake and put a product in that may have not lasted . We’ve used this company before and been very satisfied then too and will continue using them . Clean and neat install of the unit and they tidied up too afterward . Friendly , prompt , informative . Prompt service and quality was our main concern and certainly was that .
